Client Highlights

UFCW (United Food and Commerical Workers International Union)

Trained UFCW Local 99 (Phoenix, AZ) members to identify hazards and to prioritize the concerns that the local union should address to ensure a safer workplace at their meatpacking plant.

Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia (SBN)

Designed and implemented a new format for SBN's member orientation that encouraged more interaction and exchange among members and between members and SBN staff.  Co-designed and facilitated SBN's day-long board retreat focused on deepening board member engagement and personal leadership.

Haverford House

Facilitated a Choices in Community Living workshop to help Haverford House (year of service) Fellows make decisions about living together and to assist them in exploring potential areas of conflict.

Northeast 2020 Forum

Through a collaboration with Dragonfly Partners, we facilitated a small group session on Public Safety and Policing as part of the Northeast 2020 Forum, an effort by Philadelphia City Councilmember Bobby Henon to hear from his constituents.

Their workshops in community living and self/collective care have bolstered the skills and capacities of the young non-profit professionals in our program, not only through the thoughtfully-planned, expertly facilitated sessions but in the modeling of their own dynamic collaboration.  I could not recommend them more highly.
